Review rules

Reviews help others decide whether they want to live here. We write about the building, not about people.

What we publish

• First-hand experience of people who live or lived in the building or right next to it.
• Information about the building and area: noise, heating, damp, management, repairs, cleanliness, parking, transport.

What we don't publish

• Names, flat numbers or anything else that identifies specific residents.
• Offensive content, accusations of crimes and discriminatory content.
• Advertising, paid reviews and reviews of a building the author never lived in.

Moderation

We read every review before publishing it. We may reject it, or remove it later if it breaks the rules. Reviews are anonymous. To fight spam we store a hash of the IP address, from which the address itself can't be recovered.

Reports

If a review breaches your rights, write to [email protected] with the building address and the review text.
